I've only had a quick skim, very interesting.

I think the point being made is that the reason we don't have the data might actually be down to shoddy recording practices in general by the police. Rather than a conspiracy. Evidenced by the fact that other basic information is also missing.

I think that would be stretching the limits of reasonable conclusion to its breaking point given that we know for certain that the actual crimes were covered up.
For the same authorities - who covered up the rape of vulnerable individuals - to then go on and manipulate the data relating to the very crimes they themselves tried to brush under the carpet is very unlikely a result of incompetence.
Call it a conspiracy theory if it makes you feel better, but I won't be dissuaded by such flimsy accusations.

The Casey report says the % figures are not to be relied upon. It may turn out there are even greater numbers of white gang rapists.
The only conclusion is that there is a prevalence of Pakistani grooming gangs in Yorkshire and Manchester.

I'm relatively confident should the Asian grooming gang issue be ostensibly resolved, they will next turn their attention to all the other foreign folk who abuse kids. However, should all child abuse carried out by these groups be ostensibly resolved, I kind of doubt we'll ever see the likes of Farage stand up in the HoP to exclaim ...

And now Mr Speaker, we must turn our attention to all the UK born Caucasian men who abuse children, this is a national disgrace and needs addressed as a priority!
