Necth cermic hob

I am trying to connect a Necth ceramic hob module no HBE0753DK the problem is Live & Neutral terminals are not indicated, only with the numbers 4 & 5. No information in the manual about connections, tried telephoning the manufacture but to no avail just kept me on the phone for hours and no reply. Is there anybody out there that can help me please

Whould not expect 4 & 5 unless its 3 phase & they should be connected have another look. I think uk law states the terminals should be marked.
You can also tell by the wires colour of the wires going from the terminal.
If 4 & 5 are brown then you need to link them as they are both live.

Your hob is of Chinese origin so the numbers will probably be meaningless. You need to investigate a bit further & find out which terminal is connected to what internally. You should be able to remove a cover underneath & follow the wires to different components. The likelyhood is the neutrals will all be linked together at a single terminal. If you can post pics it would help a lot.
