Hi everyone, bought a necht ceramic hob, sparky installing it says theres no information for live and neutral, just number 4 and number 5 on the terminals, looked in installation manual and it says connect to live and neutral no mention of what 4 and 5 is. been trying the helpline for hours now and is engaged all the time. anyone out there have any info, much obliged

You can get more specific responses if you post model and product number not just the make.
Different models can use different numbering or lettering conventions even with the same manufacturer especially as so much is now OEM stuff just rebadged/branded
