Hello
Need some advice, I have installed a new bathroom and tiled the floor. When coming to the toilet, the old waste is CI with 104 degree angle. I cannot find a connector that is both offset and angled (no room for any flexi - unless there is a flexi that can be trimmed). Plumber tried various multikwik connectors and no go. He now thinks need to replace CI stack and replace with plastic. Is it possible to connect via 2 connectors, e.g angles first into CI and then offset into this (removing rubber fins) - he says this is not allowed or professional ? Any ideas ?

 I thought that was possible, lame exuses from the plumber heh, well if the manufacturer allows you to do this then it should be fine. I will use the screwfix connectors since they have excellent rubber seals - Funny how the plumber has not called back, talk about a waste of time (now I know what they mean when they say there are very few qualified and experienced plumbers out there - and this one looks old and is a member of some sort of professional association )

I`m old and a member of The Guild of Crafty Mastermen  Allegedly

 I feel old too, after doing all the plumbing in my house :p Why of why did the people before think of keeping a mixture of lead, steel, copper and brass pipes ?? By the way the plumber was a member of the IPHE - cannot even be bothered to ring me back - I say let the Eastern Europeans come in their masses and hordes
