Need some Inhibitor & Silencer for Syatem

Help.

Can anyone tell me the best (cheapest?) place to get inhibitor and silencer additives for my central heating system please?

British Gas have been out and tell me none was put in when my house was built 3 years ago.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Heating systems are expensive bits of kit, why would you want to do it on the cheap? B&Q and homebase have the chemicals and they are not any worse for price than Plumb Centre.
