I have this stack of connectors under my bathroom sink and I'd like to put an isolator there. I'm replacing the tap so may as well add in isolator.
Main issue is ... is it even possible now. this PVC fitting type is permanent. So I can't remove that fitting from the PVC.
One wonder why the previous owner did it like this rather than just pushing in a small section of copper pipe an then putting a standard isolator on there. Perhaps he though he was being clever.
I think he later caught on because in the other bath they did put a copper pipe out of the pvc fitting and I was able to put a standard isolator on it.
Any ideas.
