Hi All,

We are doing up a bathroom and somewhere along the way a small plastic part of the shower mixer got lost. Can someone tell me the name of the part and where I can find a replacement?

The part looks like this:

It is a small plastic ring with grooves that grip the shower knob onto the mixer. You can see it on the lower tap on the mixer in this pic (the top one is missing it):

I'm really hoping it will be simple to find a replacement.

Thanks,

What make mixer valve is it ?
or a full pic with the face plate and dials on.

I'm not sure of the brand as it didn't seem to be written on it anywhere. I'll post a pic of the dials and faceplate when I get home later.

Thanks

Here's some pics of the handles and faceplate:

My first thought was that it looks like a trevi shower but I'm not so sure. Your best bet is to email the pics to the shower doctor (find on google) They have an identify my shower link on their homepage. They should also be able to identify the part you need.

Thanks seco services and Elkato531. I'll try the shower doctor.
