I need to move 2 rads in 2 seperate bathrooms. Both are connected to that horrible 10mm tubing.

If I put on 15 to 10mm reducers and then ran 15mm copper pipe to where I want to put the new rads will this create any problems in flow or performance or anything else.

Also once the new pipes were run and connected to the new rad valves but the rads were not mounted would I encounter any problems if I then wanted to turn the heating on in the rest of the house.
