Hi,

I've just bought a victorian house which has a microbore heating system connected to a combi boiler.

I need to move some of the radiators and my questions are

1. can i connect the relocated rad to the existing microbore using 15mm copper pipes (under the floor from the old location to the new location) or should i stick to micro and use 15mm tails?

2. if i can connect a 15mm pipe run to the microbore, can i tee off that for another rad or will that upset the pressure in the heating system?

Cut the microbore back as much as possible and run 15mm to the new rad.

Wouldnt advise adding more rads unless both are ralativley small and you can balance them.
