Need very strong adhesive tape

I need to put up some temporary sheets and polythene over window openings. I don't want to make holes in the wall so need some strong adhesive tape. I've tried parcel packing tape but that isn't strong enough.

Gorilla tape is super strong but expensive.
I've got white, black and silver No Nonsense cloth tape and they stick to just about anything - just the cheaper version of Duck tape really!
