Hello,
My dishwasher Neff S51E50X3GB is still running but the water stays cold. This started after the fuse on the dishwasher plug blew up.
I've accessed the heating pump and unplugged the connector with the 2 thick red wires and 1 earth wire. There are black marks as you can see on the picture.
Is just changing the water heating/pump assembly (12019637 Dishwasher Heat Pump) is most likely to fix the problem, or are there chances of other components being damaged ? I checked the main PCB and did not see any scorch marks.
