Neff oven model nbb-ep32-7 whistling noise and wont set time so wont turn on.

Hi All,
My Neff oven above which is 9 years old sometimes intermittenly shows all symbols on led display or shows error c06 and wont let you set time and gives constant whistling noise. At this point i switch it off and on at isolator switch but still doesnt go into set time mode so wont turn on.
