New alarm system

Hi I have a ford Ka and would like to buy an alarm system possibly one I can install myself (if it is easy-I am not an expert). Any suggestions as to which ones and best places to buy them.

a half tidy system needs to be fitted properly,there are a few near me that come to you and specialise in toad systems,they are not too expensive either,most diy fitted systems are easily by passed

Thanks for the response ch427 do you have any links on names of the type of systems you would recommend? Would you also be able to give me a rought estimate of how much they cost to install?

last one i had done was £150 installed similar to the above
