New Bath/Sink/Shower waste pipes going through wall..

hi everyone,

im going to be running 3 seperate pipes for my drainage in my bathroom refurb;

32mm waste pipe for 2 sinks
40mm waste pipe for walk in shower
40mm waste pipe for bath,

these will run through my brick wall, (as 3 seperate pipes) my question is; Is it as simple as drilling a hole putting pipes through wall and cementing up around it?
