Hi, at last place circa 15 months back I was told by British Gas probably compression joints on rad pipe work under floorboards so rather than risk bursting have condensing boiler but retain tanks - sill not sure that was good advice
Now moving into 3 bed semi bungalow with back boiler and I note 15mm and smaller bore pipes to rads. However this time we don’t want tanks so is it best when having new boiler to have all paperwork changed at the same time - if so copper or plastic?.
Thanks
