House complete refurbish. Installer , ripped out existing copper micro bore and replacing with 10mm HEP20 and said running about a metre of 15mm to each Rad. Said it creates more pressure and provides more heat. Is this true ? Secondly, said need new water pipe of 25mm from road to house. Thirdley , for 9 rads upstairs said the cost of Hep20 pipe and connections , copper pipe for boiler and tank in total £3000 . I provide rads, boiler and the the tank. Labour is £7,700. 5 bed house in Bham . Please cpomment on. cost
