New build house- is this slope going to cause drainage problems?

I havent moved into my house yet and all I have seen is the front of the house. I know that the back garden is sloped towards the house but I have now realised that our front garden is also sloped towards the house while all the others in the street slope away from the house.

Is this going to cause drainage etc. problems?

With really heavy rain surely all the rain will collect in that corner beside the retaining wall?
