Hi guys,
I'll try and explain my issues without photos..
French doors at back of house lead onto paved area, which goes about 2ft away from the house before theres a 3 courses high brick wall and then a raised garden area .. The wall was falling down and also when the paving ended the wall began about an inch or 2 further on leaving a channel of mud. So I took the wall down and rebuilt it butting it to the paving..
I've since realised that the pavers slope towards the wall and this channel was allowing the water to drain away. Now I just get loads of standing water whenever it rains..
There is a drain out back and I assumed that the pavers would slope towards that..
Is there anything I can do like drill drainage holes in the bricks/ pavers etc to sort the problem out.
Any help would be appreciated..
