Hi all
Had a new Ravenheat Condensing Fanned Combi CSI A (T) boiler fitted last week Tuesday. It worked fine until Friday evening, when it started providing only the hot water but no central heating. Please help.

Call your installer back to check it, then get him to call Ravenheat out under warranty asap. 3 year warranty on these.

You don't want to be fiddling with this and then invalidate your warranty.

Make sure he is CORGI registered and completed the Benchmark and notified the installation to CORGI. Ravenheat are very good at ignoring warranty calls on boilers which have been illegally fitted !

Its normal to call the installer first.

If the manufacturers did come and found an installation problem there could be a charge of about £90 !

I hope he power flushed the system.
