Need advice on condensation we are getting in our new kitchen extension.

There is water collecting under the worktop, against the units, under the sink bowl and all over the gray waste pipe.

Do I need to get a de-humidifier, or get some air bricks put in?

Any advice would be helpful

An extractor fan would help to create an airflow through the room.If you have vents on your windows then leave them open also.It does seem though that all the water is near/under the sink level.Check that your pipework isn't leaking first. Some leaks can be very hard to locate so check carefully.

Wonder if condensation is due to cold water pipe coming in and cooling down air to lose excess moisture. Are you generating lots of humidity in room with no ventilation? Or are the walls single brick so colder than rest of house? Need to ventilate cabinets.
If you have a fan recommend paying extra for one with humidity sensor. Check noise levels 41db is OK in bathroom/kitchens for typical 85m3/hr 4in axial flow fan..
