Hi all,
I'm hoping this will be a quick query and the issue will be down to my own ignorance.
I've recently moved in to a new flat and I noticed there were switches outside both the main bathroom and the ensuite marked as 'isolator'. I had absolutely no clue what they were and as the hot water worked fine, I paid no attention to them.
Now the hot water has stopped working and I'm pretty sure a guest fiddled with the switches thinking they were the light switches. I have no clue what these are and if they should be on or off to get the hot water back on?
Can someone explain it to me in lehman's terms what these do and whether they should be on of off?
Thanks,
