New garage door

I'm looking at replacing my garage door with the one below

The measurements I need are

Width 2155mm x Height 1994mm

however it says on the 3rd picture to add 140mm to the width and 70mm to the height? how does this work as it would be too big then?

Do you actually get a frame with this garage door instead of fixing it to the frame I've got?

You don't get a frame with it. The sizes they say to add on are to allow for the frame - 70mm x 70mm. You could fix it to your existing frame if it is suitable.

Doesn't seem very secure - most door come with at least 4 point locking (top and bottom corners)
