new heating system, toilet constantly draining

hello,

I've just had central heating installed in my flat. Everything works fine except now the toilet constantly drains even when no flushed. Do I need to replace something in the cistern to stop its constant draining/filling?

Flush valve is knackered. Replace.

Nowt to do with the central heating though but thanks for letting us know

Or inlet valve passing causing high water level overflowing through internal overflow!
