New inlet valve

I installed a new siamp Inlet valve to my toilet last week all was ok for a couple of days, then a vibrating noise started just before the water stopped for around a couple of seconds, thinking I maybe had a faulty valve I replaced this and again the new one was fine for a couple of days then the vibrating started again.

Am I missing something obvious? I believe the valve is for high and low pressure,
I isolated water at the main stop tap and fitted an isolation valve on the inlet pipe as there wasn't one before then opened both fully.

Clip the pipe work.
