Hi , I am a bit confused about wiring a light.I wired my shed and did so by coming out of the fuse box to the switch and then running a cable from switch to the flourescent light.
Is This wrong.
Also I want to put in some garden lights ,there is a wire outside running from a switch inside the door(not connected yet). Is it ok just to wire them up using junction boxes and resin to seal them.
Regards,
Peter

I would strongly recommend you get a sparky in.

The supply to your shed should be via SWA or at the very least in surface mounted mental conduit.

This should supply a mini CU in the shed from which you can run lights and sockets, you could then supply your external lights from this
