I've recently painted newly plastered walls with vinyl silk and I can now peel the paint with my fingers if i take it off the edges.

The walls were well dried, painted after 3 months of skimming plasterboard.
The strange thing is that the undercoat emulsion that I've used stays on very well as I diluted it with 30% water.

I'm using Layland paints.

However the top two vinyl silk white coats that I've used come off easily.
What am I doing wrong ? Do I have to dilute the first of the main coat too ?
Why the undercoat stays on and the top two coats don't ?

Any help please ?
