new plaster ceiling crack decoration

I have plastered my new plasterboard ceiling and in one point has appeared a small hairline crack. Shall I fix it with scrim tape and filler before apply the primer and paint or between coats?
 
Scrim will be difficult to conceal. Spot prime the area then fill it or do the mist coat first as you'll probably find a few other bits that need filling
