Hi all,

I took out an old radiator and am in the middle of replacing it.

The existing piping is 10mm plastic, and the valve is installed and closed. Please can someone tell me what I need to buy to connect up the to valves to the radiator?

The second picture shows the cap still screwed onto the radiator - please ignore!

Only on the valve in the second picture - they're rubbish though.

You'll need a different one for the first valve.

½" male iron to 15mm copper with an extra nut and olive; and a short piece of copper.

Stop throwing important stuff away.

The valve in the second pic looks like a 3/4" thread, which means you'll need 2 different size tails.

Well,I bought the ones from Screwfix, and this fits the right hand (non thermostat) side.

The thermostat one is much smaller - looks like 10 or 15mm, any idea guys?

Buy a basic rad valve from a plumbers merchants or DIY shed and the bit you need will come with it. They should be able to supply both the 3/4" union type or the 15mm compression type.
