I have recently blocked up the front of my garage and using the info from this site along with a small amount of experience I managed to render it;

Scratch coat, then top coat (sand and cement), now ready for paint.

The forecast said there would be no frost last night, however when I woke up the car windscreen was slightly frozen and there was the very slightest amount of frost on the grass.

1/. Has this ruined my hard work?
2/. Should I start to protect it now its slightly gone off? I could hang a sheet down the front of it tonight, and even get a small heater going inside the garage for a few hours today?

Any help appreciated.

Frost will only affect fresh render,and green render very rarely.

What wil effect it is if water gets behind it or into it.

Eg a crack or if a capping or roof has no drip or flashing or fascia and water gets in behind the render.

In any event this takes time t do real damage and you are better looking at the above than covering it once it has set .
