New sealing strip for glass door that stops shower splashing

Need to replace either the full glass door (one of those that is instead of a shower curtain on side of bath and swings open on a hinge) because the seal is gone where it touches the bath.

However I wonder if it might be possible to buy new seal and slide it in the groove? Any ideas where to look?
