P Bath Shower Screen not sitting correctly on the bath

We recently had a new bathroom refit and are very pleased with it apart from the curved shower screen keeps swinging into the shower area.
The fitter came out and loweredthe screen slightly, but this hasn't fixed the problem and has only 'squashed' the seal.
The seal doesn't sit flush either now, although no water is leaking, there are now ripples in the seal.
The P Bath edge has a slight incline towards the bath and when you take a shower, the screen swings in.
It's annoying and i just wonder if there are any tricks i can do to stop it happening.

Not fitted perpendicular to the gravitational pull of the earth, therefore gravity keeps pulling it in that direction.

Lowering will not fix the problem. He has not fitted it properly. Get him back again.
