ok quick question-i am thinking of changing my bath (as mentioned a few days ago) and also want a new shower. I want a new gravity fed one (i have a CWSC in the loft above). My previous shower is so old and I want to put a good quality MIRA shower in. Also the pressure is OK but I'd like it more. So I am thinking of installing a shower pump. I know these come with flexi connectors and there are various types from £100-£250. Are there any good makes that would be recommended - I have heard Salamander are a good shower pump make to buy?

There is already an essex flange in the side of my HWSV so I can re-pipe from here, and I am good at pipework, bending to angles/connecting etc so this should be no prob. Are there any tips anyone could offer/advise me with? Anything would be appreciated.

yeah i was looking at the salamander CT50 - £100 but looks like it is for normal gravity-fed type showers. might get that one. as long as it works with my original essex flange - or will i need a salamander flange??!!!

fitted many on surrey flanges and essex flange and all been ok.
look on their website tells you how to install it.
