Had a new Sky+ HD 3D Anytime box installed 3 weeks ago and on some channels notably Sky sports HD the picture breaks up exactly every 2 minutes.Sky bloke came back and changed the box but the second new one does the same.Spoke to Sky call centre who just keep you hanging on,but can't seem to resolve, anyone else had this or no what to do.

If it's only some channels then I would suggest the dish alignment or a faulty lnb (the bit in front of the disk where the cables connect to).
You can get similar symptoms if the drive in the box starts to fail but this would affect all HD channels.

I have now left Sky due to having 12 boxes in 3 years ! they swap them out for refurbs that dont work for long the last one was 3 hours into service and we got the "no satellite signal being recieved" None of the engineers would go up to the dish or change the LNB.
With Virgin Media now and im very happy with the TiVo and V+HD boxes
