New soil stack

I am adding a new soil stack to the front of the house. There will also be a 40mm pipe coming out under the soil pipe. They will run about 2m to the left and then hit the new stack.

How do i fit the 40mm pipe into the stack ? Do i use a boss or can i tap into the new Tee ?

Wherever is easiest, although regs state no connection to be made in the area opposite and 200mm below, the centre of the branch to prevent crossflow when WC discharges.
