New thermal conditions for existing circuits

I've done a bit of research and it appears you need different-sized cables depending on whether they are run through insulation. It is also abundantly clear I don't know enough to be confident about figuring it out myself. I want to add insulated boards to my walls and Rockwool under my floor and was wondering if that would affect the current wiring due to new thermal conditions. I've copied my current kitchen circuits from the paper with my fuse box below, they are currently in conduit within a channel cut into a solid brick wall and plastered over and attached to the joists of a suspended floor.

I've never touched electrics before, if they do need to be replaced is that something fairly easy or should I get someone in to do it?

Oven - 3.3kW 2.5mm t&e 20a RCBO
Hob - 7.3kW 6mm t&e 32a RCBO
Sockets - 2.5mm t&e ring 32a RCBO
Lights - 1.5mm t&e 6a RCBO

Cable that is embedded in a wall or clipped in contact with joists will be in thermal contact with them and able to dissipate heat by conduction. I would not worry about this. If there are power cables which will be totally surrounded by insulation e.g. Rockwool it might conceivably be worth doing something about them.
