With that type of rad, if it just uses U shaped hangers on the middle pipe then usually they can simply be turned around. As suggested, the rad should be marked if it has a specific flow direction, how many columns are on it, if it's 6 as in the description then the flow would usually have to be be directional for that size but as suggested it would normally be marked or stated in the MI.
