Hi, I am looking to move my washing machine into a cupboard next to my downstairs toilet, allowing me to tap off the required water supplies and drainage from the sink.
The only problem is the sink drainage pipe is only 32mm diameter, is this still ok, or a little small? Where can I find fittings as B&Q etc only have 40mm. Also I believe the sink is connected to the soiled drain from the toilet, whereas normally the washer drain is connected to the standard drainage system, would this be a problem?

b & Q do stock 32mm waste pipe (you can always try another "shed" or a plumbers merchant.

I personally do not like spigots (as opposed to a "clear run" ) but other on these forums have them with no problems
