New zanussi cooker just out of the box......help

hi, I just got a new zanussi cooker zcv66030xa and I'm having trouble with the ovens. All the rings are working fine, but the double ovens are not working at all. no fan , no light, no heat.

I know it is something that I have not right as it is just out off the box.....

I have read the manual and still have no idea

Ooh and it has NO timer at all........

Read the manual!!!

Probably have to set the time or something silly.

Ours is a Flavel Range Cooker and after setting the knobs for the oven and oven temp we have to press 2 buttons in at the same time (below the time/timer lcd display.

Could be setting the clock to something, it was on my Indesit
