Newteam 1000 shower boost pump.

This is a unit which looks like an electric shower but is only a small pump to boost tank fed pressure.

My friend has one but I am converting his house to mains pressure. Does anyone know if these will withstand mains water pressure? I would expect not.

Next problem is that I have removed the two small screws underneath the cover but it will still not come off. It seems that pulling it harder will just break it. Anything else I need to know?

There is a screw behind the name tag or the one of the knobs (some have 2)

Give it a try on mains it should be ok if its mot you have not lost anything
