Nice cup of tea

Nothing like it is there? How do you make yours? The best cup of tea, IMO, is done like this:

Tea bag in cup.
Pour boiled water into cup.
Leave well alone for a minute.
Gently agitate the tea bag for a good 30 seconds.
Remove tea bag, squeezing the water out.
Pour in milk and sugar to taste.

IMO, the treatment of the tea bag has a huge impact on the taste of the finished brew. I hate these coffee drinkers that throw the tea bag in, and swish it about and throw it away. Yuck.

heat the pot, put in 4 tea bags(loose tea is best) and leave to stand for at least five Min's, put milk and sugar in the cup and then stir the tea in the pot and pour for the perfect cup of tea, drop more tea vicar?

yeh, I knew this was going somewhere, cheeky get!

We had this tea making thread a few months back. I mentioned then and maintain that rinsing the tea bag under a cold tap for a few seconds will improve the taste Tea should be left for 3-5 minutes to get the full healthy benefits.
