When I was putting floorboards back the screwdriver accidentally hit the 22mm copper pipe feeding the upstairs radiators and cut a couple of small nicks in it. Nothing leaks and it all works but my question is whether I can just leave it or should I repair the pipe to avoid future leaks. I have wound some self fusing tape over the nick "just in case" but I don't think that's a permanent repair, or is it? What do you advise please?

If it's a scratch (as seems likely with the slip of a screwdriver) then it will be fine. If it's a nick then cut out and replace the damaged section.
