UK-ICE calls. You either prove your status with documentation or they use AI to do an on-the-doorstep assessment.
If you are not provably British, in the van with you, off to the nearest air- or ferry- port. If you want to protest or appeal you can do that when you get there. You're not hanging around here for years while lawyers get rich arguing.
They do but the most irritating thing about them is their denial of facts. As soon as they hear something they don't like they don't rise to the occasion and seek to understand, they just scream "wacism!" or something simialr and run away. It's this intellectual laziness, more than anything else, that makes them such a drain on progress.
