Nilfisk Power washer dropping oil

Have had one for some time now (Titan model) and it has been very reliable.

But using it today I noticed small amounts of oil where it had been standing during the clean.

Terminal, or fixable?

If the pressure washer is working ok other wise just keep checking the oil level, our Kew one used to do that but never failed.

Trouble is it's leaving areas of rainbow slick which kind of defeats the object of cleaning a slippery patio.

Stand it in an old tray of some kind

Treat it as terminal then open it up to replace the oil and seals. You'll have to research the oil capacity to avoid over filling. Time for landfill if its something more serious.
