Nissan Almera warning light Red car with spanner

Hi. I was driving today and suddenly a warning light came up on my dashboard, its a red car with a spanner inside it. I have no idea what this means, i've checked online but can;t find anything. The only thing i can find is to do with a red car with a key inside. But on mine, its a red car with a spanner. Any advice would be greatly apreciated.

if its running ok im guessing its a service light.
