nissan primer not starting and batterie is beeing draned

I have change a L reg nissan primer car batterie.the engen will turn over but will not fire at all. is there a rest swich or something ?.I flatend the fully changed batterie trying to start it but there was some power leth in it this morning. when i got back home the batterie was dead on power to light the dash or interar light. so somthing is draing the batterie and stoping it from starting. CAN SOME ONE HELLP ME ?

get someone to look into why it wont start first,you have obviously drained the battery by continually cranking the engine,hard to say why it wont fire but you have to check all the basics first such as plugs,leads,distributor cap etc....
