No power to car - won't start

Can anyone help with this. I have a fiat brava Y reg. I went to start it this morning and it is dead. No power to the dash, with the exception of the LED for the alarm which is still flashing. Checked the battery and it is ok - any ideas would be much appreciated.

It could be a number of things from a blown fuse, faulty ignition relay or a dodgy ignition barrel.
