NO CENTRAL HEATING AND NO HOT WATER BIASI BOILER

I don't KNOW WHAT IS WRONG WHEN I RUN THE TAP YOU CAN HEAR THE BOILER MAKES SOME NOISE BUT NO FLAME COMES UP WHEN I FIRST MOVED IN A FEW WEEKS AGO IT WAS NOT WORKING THEN I RESET THE BOILER BECAUSE THE RED LIGHT WAS ON AND IT WORKED FINE FOR A FEW DAYS AND NOW IT HAS JUST STOPPED WORKING I don't KNOW WHAT TO DO WITH IT ANY IDEARS ANYONE ?

What noise can you hear? A fan spinning?, a Pump? a ticking noise ?

If the fan is running the first thing to check would be the aps and/or the fan venturis and aps pipes for blockages or splits.

This is moving into corgi territory to diagnose and correct the fault.

in that case my boiler is a 24s im not there at the moment that is my problem but there is no internet there and i was told the people on this site were great to work with and a real help. thanks i await your reply

Unfortunately until the previous suggestions are checked and found true or eliminated i can offer no other meaningful advice. Fault finding is a logical process of elimination.

So the pump is spinning and is confirmed by the flow switch? the fan is running, the APS is confirming this to the boiler?

One wonders why you dont do the usual thing and call a competent CORGi engineer to quickly repair it and give the tenants the service they are paying you for!
