No cold coming through Power Shower

We've a Power Shower (separate pump) - a Stuart Turner Ltd Showermate, 1.4bar twin. It was here when we moved in (about 5 years ago) and has been working fine until recently, it started loosing pressure. It now no longer pumps through cold water or if it does, the pump switches on and off erratically. The hot water feed seems fine.

It's fed from a cold water tank in the loft (1m).

Blockage? Air bubble? Terminal?

Any pointers would be gratefully recievreceived

Check the filters - one on the cold inlet to the pump and one on the cold inlet to the shower.
