hey im wondering if anyone can help,

recently i bled all rads in the house and in doing so the pressure dropped below 0, i refilled the system back to 1 bar and finally bled all remaining air from the rads and re filled again.

now a few rads get luke warm and the grundfos pump makes a knocking/grinding noise.

tried bleeding the pump but didnt help.
tried the vent pipe behind the pump and a few times it let air out for a few seconds before water came out but now I get nothing, no air or water.

pump is spinning

it seems to me like a circulation problem with an air lock but i cant shift it

One of the things that can be done to shift airlocks behind pumps is to turn gas off to house/appliance and then try to fire up - at least it then wont lockout on overheat - but will on flame detection.....
