no hot water but heating fine???
system details... I have a closed system its a megaflo with expansion tank its a new house so its a modern system.
We have noticed the pressure gage to the expansion tank has been dropping, but we can't see any leaks anywhere, so we have been recharging the tank as instructed using the two valves to the tank, the thing is next time we look at the gauge its gone up to 1.5bar from the 0.5 bar it was set at and basically it goes up and down like a tarts draws.
We have put the immersion on to get the hot water the last couple of days, and someone at work mentioned the valve to the hot water tank might be faulty, any ideas does it need balancing or something ?
